"After we contacted them, we set up an appointment for an estimate. Chuck came out and took measurements and showed us color and fabric samples. After spending all the time we needed to make decisions he gave us an estimate and we chose an installation date. On the day, everyone was prompt. Everyone had all the tools and equipment necessary, even a cherry picker to lift the awning to the roof. They took care to protect my house and worked in a professional, cheerful manner the whole time. They made sure everything worked properly and we understood how to use the awning before they left. And they cleaned up too! <br /> You cannot ask for a better deal. We will definitely use them again. <br />"
