"The first project painting the ceiling turned out ok. Although I had to clean up some white powdery stuff off the floor. 2nd project was over charged & left a mess after. White powdery stuff all over the floor, base boards & along the edges. Took me 4 days to clean them up! I was told he had a guy to take wall papers off but turned out he worked alone, just a few hours everyday. I understand the wall takes time to get try. But the last day, he took off after 2/3 hours, did not even care to clean up? Absolutely took advantage of us â  elderly customers.. Wow, I paid $1,900, for a job he spent about 15 hours. "My roofers dropped a harness through the ridge of 1.7 million dollar house resulting in an impact mark on the heavily textured ceiling. It would have cost me 20k to fix the drywall and paint the ceiling including scaffolding. Greg with Local Handyman came in and was totally professional, when he was done you could not even see there was ever damage there. He saved me over 19 plus k.
