Hard to beat his price though, the fence looks great and works well. Only had one issue post install i called them a few times and left a few voicemails to get help to fix it (gate wasn't latching properly) he never called back. I fixed it on my own."

"I did a competition on replacing our basement door, reviewing both the solution for a Signet Door and including price installed. After reviewing several solutions from several top rated companies, we decided that On the Level Contracting (OTL) (Peter Psihas) had the best solution for the outside trim with a 12 9/16” Frame Depth. I than went to the 3 lowest bidders (including OTL) with the final configuration to ensure everyone was bidding on the same configuration. After receiving the 3 final bids from top rated companies, OTL had the lowest price. After Peter ordered the door from ProVia, Peter provided me the estimated date he would be receiving the door from Provia. When the door was received Peter notified me and worked with me to schedule the installation date based upon our availability. The installation team from OTL arrived in the schedule time, verified they had the correct door prior to starting the work and did an excellent job installing the replacement door. Peter can to our house prior to the job being completed to ensure I was satisfied and went over the warranty information. Prior to signing the final contract, I talked to Peter about providing the Aluminum and replacing the Aluminum Capping to the side of the garage door that was dented. Peter and his father (George) replaced the capping matching the bends exactly to the top and the other side. I highly recommend using OTL.!!!"

Henry Cruz is an excellent project manager. He provides extra value to the job with his insightful ideas. Price was fair and there was no pressure to increase it; only truly valuable recommendations. I poured about 50 gallons of water down the driveway and was very pleased with the improved grading of the driveway and the functionality of the catch basin. "Bini was very responsive to the request for visiting the property and providing a quote for the required work.  He also provided quotes for future work so that I may budge/plan.  After agreeing on the design, price and signing the contract, Bini stated that the new gate would ready for installation in one week.  The gate was ready for installation as promised and we scheduled all the work to be done on Saturday.  He also painted the new gate to exactly match the french door by using the manufacturer's paint.     <br /> Note:  Make sure to check all installation and repairs prior to Bini Ironwork employees leaving the job site since I called them back on-site three times to make corrections/repairs..  After installtion, chaning the locks, and repairing the railing, Bini Ironwork employees started packing up all their equipment as it appeared they were finished.  I discovered one lock was not "keyed" to match the others and I was told by one employee (not Bini) that I was to receive different keys for each lock - not according to the contract - Bini arrived and quickly corrected this.  After changing the front gate dead-bolt lock which was now in a slightly different position, the gate no longer was able to lock. I called them back to correct this since they had packed up their tools. They knotched a new hole in the old exterior wood around the security gate for the dead-bolt.  Knowly the thin strip of wood around the dead-bolt could easily be ripped apart, I called them back again (since they had packed up their tools) to include a metal strike plate.    Bini was very responsive to each request and provided instructions to his employees.  He came back the following Thursday to add additional cement for securing the front railing and to make repairs needed to allow the installed basement gate deadbolt to lock. <br /> Considering Bini's responsiveness to my requests, I would hire him again for additional iron work. <br />"
