"Archway Clean Sweep were great! I just wish I could have used their services. Cindy was very professional and friendly on the phone when I explained what I was needing and scheduled me efficiently. When the chimney sweep men came, they evaluated my chimney from the outside first and came to the door. He said he could do the sweep and charge me, but wouldn't recommend we burn a fire in our fireplace. He walked outside with me and showed me and explained the problems with the original build of the chimney, why it wasn't explained in our home-buying inspection and what would need to be done to correct it. He answered my questions and gave me a referral for a direct vent for a gas fireplace conversion that I asked him for. So refreshing to have a company come out who looked out for the safety of our home & family over making a quick buck. If I had cash, I would have a least given him a tip for the time he took to drive and talk with me. His knowledge was invaluable. We need more businesses like Archway Clean Sweep to take care of our homes!"

"I have used Welsch many times over the years. I have always found them to be honest and competent. Most recently, they installed a new AC and furnace for me. The sales person was very helpful in providing advice as to what type of furnace and AC to buy (efficiency vs. price). My only complaints are for some repairs their prices are quite high, and on the furnace install, the installers could have been a bit neater and cleaned up the area where they were working. The bottom line is that I will continue to use Welsch."

"Bone Dry started the job early on Monday morning and was done by mid-day on Tuesday. All the old shingles were removed on both structures. Then the crew installed new shingles, roof vents, counter flashing for both chimneys on the house, and new shingles on the garage. After the job was finished they did a very thorough cleanup of the ground around the house. I am happy we chose Bone Dry again to do this project. The new roofs look great and I am sure the buyer will be pleased."

"Excellent. Jason called ahead and arrived as scheduled. He diagnosed the gas system and located three leaks and a faulty valve. He repaired the valve, determined what was needed to stop the leaks in this very old system and went back to the office to get additional equipment and supplies. He returned, made the repairs, checked the system and gave me the OK to call the gas company. The gas company came out, checked the system and turned the gas on. I am very pleased with the quality of service, the courtesy and professionalism of Jason. and the comfort I felt in dealing throughout the entire process.
