However, after realizing they got back in, I decided to contact a different company, Critter Removal LLC. It turns out, sonars really don't do much to get rid of the racoons and the prior company didn't put anything up to keep them from getting back in. Critter Removal did. They emailed me before each visit to let me know what time the person would be there and he was always on time. I also get a warranty for a few months for the work. Dillon was who they sent and he was prompt, courteous and took time to explain things to me, even things I wasn't sure I needed to ask. Based just off that initial experience, I would hire them again."

I got a brand new roof, old insulation removed, new insulation installed, soffits repaired. Everything repaired professionally and it looks great. I even have a higher R value insulation than I had previously, so it’s cut down on our heating and cooling costs. It was a big job, it took a week. Cory visited with me several times along the way and he was always available by phone and text. He really treated us fantastic. I would 100% hire Cory and his team again.
