"They were efficient and replacing my leaking outdoor faucet and most reasonably priced would recommend their services"

"Rotorooter was very responsive to my request and came out the very next day. Their technician was friendly, honest, and open with me regarding pricing a Sump Pump Install - their customer service was top notch. I couldn't have been more pleased. Their price was in-line with my other estimate and much more detailed as to why the estimate was what it was. I appreciate that in a company. Were I not on a tight budget, I would have been proud to contract with this company. Top notch!"

"Nice fast honest good people. Gives you fair and sensible options for repair. Highly recommend them."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
