"We live in a house that has a flat roof. It's also down a hill so you look down at my roof as you approachmy home. That's why the appearance is so important to us. I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"After receiving many quotes to repair our roof and redo the shingles on our home, we decided to choose rose roofing and waterproofing with no regrets. Raj was pleasant to deal with and easy to schedule. He calmed our concerns by answering our questions in a timely manner. He was constantly on seen to ensure the work was done efficiently. His staff was pleasant, punctual and maintained a safe working area. Would recommend.,; We hired raja and his team to remove and replace the flat roof on our newly purchased townhouse. They completed the work in three days, were communicative throughout the entire process providing us with updates and photos, were affordable, and did a great job. His team also installed 2 brand new skylights, rebuilt the skylight frame that had rotted away, and replaced our old gutter. Throughout the job, his team was friendly, efficient and always cleaned up after themselves. Rose roofing and waterproofing were professional and reliable. Highly recommend."

"I used these guys for a remodeling job which included bathroom renovation, some minor electrical work, knocking down and installing new dry wall and painting. Class acts! We all hear horror stories about contractors not calling you back or not showing up on time or showing up at all. Not these guys! Hector, Moises and their crew really did exactly what they said they were going to do. Friendly, responsive and oh yea, solid work! Professional through and through! Highly recommend them and would use them again!"

"As always, a job well done. Looking for a contractor that stands behind their work; a contractor who’s seeking a long-term relationship with their customers; not one and done, grab the money and run? Look no further than Major Homes of Bayside. Major Homes replaced my roof about 7 years ago. Recently, after high wind storms in my neighborhood, Jason Kersch, owner of Major Homes, happened to drive by and noticed a few loose shingles on my roof (I never noticed them). He called me and arranged to immediately have them replaced – free of charge! I’ve been a customer of Major Homes for 30 years. Over that period, they have: installed new windows, siding, roofing along with heavy duty gutters and downspouts, skylights, front door, wood flooring, completely renovated my kitchen and bathroom. In addition, they have completely renovated a kitchen and 2 bathrooms at my son’s condominium. (unlike a private home, condominiums are a bit unique in that you must work closely with property managers, following all their rules and regulations to include providing them all necessary certificates of insurance, pass their inspection and get satisfactory sign off for completed work from the condo’s property manager). Without hesitation, if you’re planning any home renovations, I strongly suggest you contact Major Homes and judge for yourself. They will discuss, in detail, various alternatives, provide fair, competitive pricing, complete work as scheduled with competent, professional project managers and workers."
