"We have used him for almost a dozen times. I have used him in my home as well as the business. He has also taken my oriental rugs and took them to a company who was able to clean those for me. He is really good about letting me know if he is able to do services in the home, or if the oriental carpets needed to go to another location to be cleaned. I really trust Doug and his services. He is also really honest with stains that are not able to come out, due to carpets fibers and or what the stain consisted of. In terms of his honesty and his customer service it is great.
