"They sent out a guy to do the job that didn't go so well. When I got home from work and reviewed the job, my wife and I were rather disappointed. The quality of workmanship was pretty sloppy. Grout coloring was off. The supervisor came out and agreed the job wasn't done right. He said he'd discuss with the owner who was out of town and would make things right. They were very apologetic for what happened and were quite surprised. <br /> When the owner came back and the situation was discussed, I have to say they bent over backwards to make things right. First off the guy who did the work was let go. Then they scheduled another visit and pretty much re-grouted both chimney areas that were done before. They did the job right and it looks really great!  They didn't charge extra either. I did tip them good. <br /> I was very impressed with the owner and the supervisor. They were both very easy to work with and very accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use their services again for any chimney work. Their pricing is very reasonable. Their integrity is refreshing. <br />"

"After the scaffolding was erected, the top ten courses of brick were torn down and rebuilt, with proper flashing, A chimney liner was installed and the smoke chamber built up and parged. A chimney cap was installed, and some tuck pointing done. The guys were careful with the scaffolding and cleanup, and answered all our questions. The work was done promptly. The office could have communicated better, but there was no real problem. And the fireplace is now safe and works fine!"

"It went very well. The girls did a fabulous job. They thought they found where the odor was coming from which was not in the vents but in the crawl space. We did get a plumbing company to come in and check it out. They found a broken pipe which was causing the odor and it is being fixed. We never would have looked under the house if it were not for your vent cleaners. I thank them very much for their thoroughness."

"I did not know the exact reason the chimney leaked. There had been roofing and a rebuild of the chimney and it still leaked. He came and cleaned it and suggested a chimney cap. It was a large rectangular three stack chimney so it needed a custom top. It was made, installed and hasn't leaked since. <br />"
