"I cannot say enough good things about Bob Malone and his crew.  They are responsive, knowledgable, and so polite.  During the heavy rains our car tire got caught on the driveway.  In examining what happened we saw that the front tire of our car had actually caved in the lid of a septic tank.  We have lived in our house 20 years and did not realize there was a septic tank under our driveway.  We were shocked and nervous about what to do.  We contacted A&M Septic and Bob Malone came out the next day and explained what happened.  He had immediate access to County records and not only knew we had 3 septic tanks but also who installed them and their size.  He explained that we could put a new top on the existing tank as an emergency repair or we would have to put in a new aerobic system.  My husband and I were so shocked we could not make an immediate decision and probably called Mr. Malone 5 times to get additional information.  He was always patient and very knowledgable.  When the rains subsided we decided to go with the emergency repair.  As soon as A&M could safely do the repairs they were on the job.  They carefully dug around the three tanks and assessed the situation.  They determined the best plan of action, after discovering the second tank in the driveway, was to make both of them traffic rated.  They began the job at 10AM and were finished by 4PM which involved getting the second new lid.  They did an outstanding job from start to finish.  I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of septic work. <br />"
