"The business owner, Rich, was very helpful in determining the type of cleaning needed for our carpet. He showed up at the designated time and completed the job (cleaning about 700 square feet of our carpeted basement) in 3 hours. We are very pleased with the finished result. Rich was very careful to protect areas of flooring that weren't involved in the cleaning. He moved all furniture during the cleaning, and returned it to the orginal positions when done. He did an excellent job of disposing of waste water and other materials. There was nothing we needed to do when he was finished other than to enjoy our clean carpet! We will definitely call on him again when the need arises."

Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. "The 2 techs first showed up after my dryer had died and cleaned the vents (inside - out and also from outside-in) as much as they could but said they needed me to have an operating dryer so that they could make sure everything was pushed out the side vent and airflow was good. They were very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate when hiring any company without a first hand recommendation from my own friends/relatives first. They rescheduled a follow up appointment after my new dryer was delivered and were here the same morning and finished the cleaning and confirmed that everything was cleaned and working as it should now. I'll definitely hire them again next year and try to keep up an annual cleaning so it doesn't get so clogged next time. Highly recommended."
