"Spencer Steam Clean has cleaned our carpets for 10 years and always does an excellent job. The owner, Phil Spencer, does all the work himself. He did arrive an hour late because of truck difficulties, but called to let me know, which I appreciated. The carpeting was cleaned to expectation, but the work on the furniture was nothing short of amazing. Years of grandchildren curling up with their shoes on had really done a number on the sofa and ottoman. The sofa now looks nearly new, and the "hopeless" ottoman is at least a few shades lighter. Would we hire Spencer again? We have...over and over."
