"I hired Make it Drain to fix my leaking toilet because my regular plumber was unavailable. I spoke with the main office and was told that a repairman would be at my house within an hour. After an hour and with no repairman in sight or call to explain his absence, I called the office back. I was told that the repairman had to get a part and that's why it was taking so long. The repairman finally showed up two hours after my initial call and promptly left again to get another part -- for which he added an additional $50 to the original quote. The work was completed and they did come back the following day when the toilet still wasn't fixed. But they could not detect any problem and left. The best thing about this experience is that it has renewed my already-considerable confidence in my regular plumber. Should I have an urgent matter in the future, I will wait until he is available. He is more reliable than Make it Drain (he comes when he says he will) and he is much more reasonably priced."

"We had old clogged pipes in two different areas of the house so we called Tony’s for help. Tony came out the day I called to give a consultation. A couple of days later he sent a quote for the repairs and by the end of the week he had a crew at the my house to do the repairs. Kevin and Juan were punctual, hard working and super nice guys! Before work got started they tried their best to protect our home from the dust and dirt. I was really grateful for their efforts. They also kept us updated through out the whole process. At one point during the day there was a need to snake one of the pipes and Paul came out to help. I’ve worked with Paul before when our water heater went out so I knew we were in good hands! At the end of the day Kevin and Juan did an incredible job of cleaning! Drains are working properly again and we are thankful to have found a plumbing company with so many great workers! The price we paid was close to the quote. Once the walls were open they found some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen.
