"This company provides excellent customer service! We bought a home in 2016 that included a pool house awning installed by Sondrini Enterprises in 2013. It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. In the spring of 2024, the awning motor seemed to again be broken. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem. These folks are smart, competent and reasonably priced! Would have no issue using them again!"

The roof is beautiful and the yard was immaculate after the job was done. You couldn’t even tell they had been here. The dumpster was gone the next morning. "Your home is not safe with this company. We had service done on 11/12/2025. I noticed that night that medical marijuana was missing from my bedroom. I am a cancer patient. I didn't notice anything else missing and didn't want to put someone's job in jeopardy in this economy. Today, I noticed that $150 was missing from my wallet. I didn't think to check my wallet when I noticed the missing marijuana because it was right by the front door. Who would steal that audaciously? I called the company to report what had happened. I was told they had "received my email a while ago about the medical marijuana and had been passing it around". I never sent them an email, and neither did my husband. Someone else had also been robbed in a similar way. I was transferred to the owner, Joe, who offered to reimburse me $100 "out of his own pocket" if I wanted to come to his office to get it. That offer was rescinded when I expressed my dissatisfaction with it. Nothing is being done. Protect your family."

"Highly disappointed! Having a building inspector in the family, very quickly many issues were pointed out about the workmanship. I took out a $9000 loan in order to get a new roof, and the new roof has more problems than the old roof! They did not bother taking down the gutters to put up the shingles, so there are lots of lumps and bumps along the front edge. They use random mishmash of flashing, the likes of which are not installed in a way that is waterproof. They did an absolute **** job, and I will be talking to them directly today, as well as the Better Business Bureau, and my lawyer, if they don’t come down here and fix the crap work they’ve done. I can’t believe how disappointed I am, and if I could’ve left zero stars, I would have. The people that showed up came in an unmarked white van. Nobody could speak English, except for the site manager, who could barely speak English. They did not fulfill their contract as they were supposed to also add on a piece of flashing to the side of my house and were unable to do that. The only thing they did properly was show up on time. I am incredibly disappointed, incredibly ****** off, and I sure hope nobody else falls for their ********. You would think a bunch of people in company uniforms, driving company, cars, and being competent at their jobs, would be showing up. But just so you all are aware, that is not the case. You will get random people, that apparently are not really affiliated with this company, they will do an absolute crap job, and they will be happy to take your money. Sad to say, this is just another **** company like all the other ones. Find somebody else!"
