We went for the upgraded options of architectural shingles with a better wear rating. This wasn’t an up sale, this was David’s decades of knowledge on products on the market. The upgrades were only about an 8% increase for twice the roof. His team descended on my home, did excellent prep on the site, and stared the roof. When they were done, they walked me through the work, and left the site just as they found it. The old gutters were removed and new, upgraded one, installed the following week.
