"Even though we have a generator (which is supposed to keep the well working) we were out of water by the 3rd day of the power outage. When the power came back on it still didn't work so I found this company on Angie's list. Eric called me back early Monday morning and I explained the problem to him. He said he had a couple of jobs in front of us but would be out to help in the early afternoon. <br /> <br /> He came by about 2:00 pm and worked for over 2 hours to get the problem fixed. Our pump house is several hundred feet down at the bottom of a hill on our property in the woods. There was a lot of trees and debris on the road to the pumphouse from the storm so my husband helped clear the way with his chainsaw. Eric tested the electrical and everything at the pump. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. My husband said he was very friendly and very informative about how the pump works and what the problem was. <br /> <br /> The price seems a bit high at first glance but I still gave them an 'A' for Price because he worked for a long time. We will definitely use this company again if we ever have problems with our well."
