Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

When I raised concerns, instead of accountability, I received excuses and blame-shifting. In one message he wrote: ?I am not a laborer hired off Angi ? I am a professional contractor and expect to be treated with respect.? Yet his behavior shows no respect for the client, the contract, or the warranty he signed. He stopped responding to texts, has never come back to inspect or correct his work, and clearly has no intention of honoring his obligations. I have dozens of photos documenting the poor workmanship and early stain failure. If you value your home, your time, and your money, avoid Porterhouse Construction at all costs."
