"James will respond to your request quickly. I'm very hard of hearing and appreciated that I could contact and converse with James via messages. He also works well with the telephone. Our repair was inspected , estimated, and completed within a week. He also noted some other possible leak sites by a roof dormer and sealed those. All scraps and leftover materials were picked up, leaving the yard and sidewalk spotless. James gives a one year warranty on their work. I would use them again if I need any roof repairs. The cost was in the midrange of the estimated costs by Home Advisor."

"Brian with Roger The Roofer got in touch with me on the 24th. We texted back and forth about what was going on. He came out looked at the roof then sent me pictures of the damage gave me an estimate. He gave me a couple different options on how to get the damage fixed. I decided I would just go with Brian. He found out my original shingles were discontinued so I told him I don't care what color they are. So that was on Saturday the 25. On Monday the 27th he came out in the afternoon fixed my roof and was still there when I got home so I could pay him. He was GREAT. If I ever need any more roofing done, I will go back to Roger the Roofer. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me. The quote he gave me is the price I paid. Thank you, Brian, for a great experience with a roofing company!!!!!"

"Tom Longville and New View Roofing were absolutely amazing throughout the process of our roof replacement. From the very beginning, Tom was communicative, candid and most importantly, kind and genuine. He was always prompt to respond to any of the many questions I had throughout the process. Tom showed true care for anything that I addressed and would bend over backwards to ensure I always had peace of mind. Hands down the best project manager I've ever worked with and a top-notch person. I've recommended multiple homeowners to New View Roofing over the past few weeks and will not think twice about going anywhere else when replacing/repairing my next roof."

"Kenneth called within minutes of us reaching out with what we needed! He then immediately came out and gave us a quote before he left our house. He even patched our hole free of charge before he left. After having two other companies come out and give us quotes, one higher, one lower, we knew we wanted him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Customer service is extremely important and he went above and beyond for us! He was extremely thorough in checking every little detail in the three jobs he did at our house. Also we wouldn t have known he did anything by his clean up of everything he did! We will definitely use him for big and little roof/repair work!!! Highly recommend him! Amy"

"Russell was by far the best contractor we have ever used. Had a roof leak with some hail damage. He came by and looked our roof over and gave us a quote. Also looked over the interior of our home and was able to get our insurance company to repair and paint our ceiling also. He and his crew were at our home within a week. Had the roof done in one day. Gutters were done the following day. Excellent work. Extremely happy. Russell is a really personable man also. Easy to talk to and he will give you multiple options for your needs. We really really trust him. We did have some hail this last year and I asked him if he would come do an inspection. He was there the next day. No damage. When a man has an impeccable reputation that’s as good as it gets."
