"They started all of this with a cold call to have us put on a new roof, which we declined; but they said they also did the siding, so we had them look at the siding.  They had another company call us.  The experience was good.  The girl who came out for the roofing had another man contact us about the siding and that happened right away.  He came out and looked at it the very next day, so all of that was very good; however, we really had no communication from him after that.  The next thing we knew that the subcontracted company's owner was calling us.  We had no idea of the Ageless Restoration about what the game plan was.  It was kind of frustrating and took us some minutes to figure that out.  They are definitely worst contacting.  They are just like any other company that one hire's or thinking about hiring where one has to stay on top of everything."
