The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
