"Just wanted to give a shout out to Oscar's Tree Service. Excellent customer service. They came for a free estimate within 24 hours, they began the work within 3 days. Their customer service representative called me the morning of the work day to confirm what time they expected to arrive and she called me again to tell me they were on their way. She was easy to reach when I had questions, very professional and friendly. We had a tree removed, and several large trees trimmed down. The work men were polite and professional. They got straight to work, checked with me that all was as I wanted and then cleaned up to perfection. Rates were reasonable also. I got a call afterwards asking if all was to my satisfaction. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible."

"I called on a Friday, Todd came out and gave me an estimate the same day. He was able to fit me into his schedule the next day and he and his crew came out and cut the tree down. The tree was in a tight space and if it fell it could have taken out my fence and my next door neighbor's. I also need a tree trimmed that had grown and was leaning on my neighbor's shed. They were quick, efficient, cleaned up well and had the whole thing done in about an hour. I had called someone else almost two months ago who had told me he would do the job the following week and never showed up. I'd called and no one called me back.
