The project supervisor on site let me know things dealing with my roof that could not be seen until the shingles were removed. There was a large hole in the wood from standing rain water near my chimney. He sent me a picture and did not repair it without my approval. "Beautiful job. Owner came to make estimate. He is courteous and easy to talk to. We chose Landmark Architectural shingles, a more expensive product. First day, 6 men were on the roof, removing shingles and putting up new. There were enough shingles for 2 men to work the beginning of the second morning. Additional shingles arrived that afternoon. Two men finished the job by lunchtime the third day. They cleaned up their mess each day! Gutters were installed another week, when it was not raining!"
