"We had some sheet rock water damage in our master closet which we traced to the roof vent for our Range hood. We called Ridge Roofing and had an appointment set up in a couple of days, Due to some weather damage Ridge Roofing was swamped on the appointed day, however we were notified promptly and were rescheduled for the next day, I am very happy that we were kept up to date and understand completely how things can get jammed up. Dustin Lee showed up the following day on time and after looking at our vent determined that the vent itself and the connection to the roof sheathing and the surrounding shingles were in good order and that the only thing that needed to be done was to remove and replace the tape that connects the duct to the vent. I am extremely happy with the results and Dustin refused any payment for his time. We will definitely be relying on Dustin and Ridge Roofing for any future roofing requirements."

Joe Reilly was sent out to do an inspection and quote a price to repair and install the new roofing and make inside repairs. I asked him to quote me to price for the additional roofing so I could have an entire new roof. Unlike the solar panel contacts Joe always replied quickly each time I had a question. He setup times and worked with the guys who were to remove the panels so he could do his work. He worked with everyone involved and brought everything together. I have worked with a lot of companies but Joe is one of the BEST. He actually does what he says he will do, answers your calls or texts in a timely manner. He takes the time to explain what will be done and answers all your questions. I also had gutters replaced and they done a great job. "I called Capital Palmetto Builders to have a repair done to my Chimney flashing (beginning to leak into the house). I called them specifically because of their great reviews both here and on Google. I actually called several large roofing companies in the Columbia area, and was told that they “aren’t doing any roofing repairs, only replacements”. I had a lot of trouble reaching these companies, and getting anyone to call me back-the resounding answer I got was that they were too busy for my repair. I called CPB and they took my info and said someone would reach out to me. Andrew Howell called me very promptly and even came out to look at the leak on a Sunday morning! He was extremely professional, and quickly Identified the problem as the chimney flashing (which I had suspected) he also informed me that I had hail damage on the roof, which I was unaware of. Instead of dumping money into an old roof, I filed a claim w/ my insurance for the hail damage. Andrew Howell and Daryl Phelps came out and actually helped me file the claim with the insurance. They also came out when the adjustor came to inspect, to represent my best interest and help explain their findings to the adjustor. The insurance company approved a full roof replacement. So with the help of CPB I got a brand new roof (with high end archetectural shingles) for about the same amount of money I would’ve been putting into the chimney flashing repair. For the actual replacement, they came out early one morning and began the work with a very large crew. They were able to remove the old shingles and get probably 90% complete in the first day. The next day they came back to finish everything up and clean up all of the old materials. After the roof was finished, Daryl and Andrew both came out and flew a drone over the house to get close up pictures and videos, and to inspect the work their crew had completed. I couldn’t be happier with the work that they completed. They helped me get a brand new roof on the house, when I was thinking I was going to have to dump more money into my old roof. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and can tell you after reaching out to multiple roofing companies, they are the best in the greater Columbia/Lexington area. Andrew and Daryl are top notch, very professional, and definitely here to help you."
