The two men that did the tear out and install were Robert B. and Hervey. Very professional. Cleaned up afterwards. Left nothing behind. We're very very happy with the results. "The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"This is my second update of my review. They remodeled two of our bathrooms (complete remodel). The final result is nice, but the path getting there was not smooth, with some rework. If I were going to do it all over, I might have picked them to do the shower and tub/shower and another contractor for the rest of the work. If you do have them do a full remodel, pay attention to details and stand firm, they will eventually make it right."

Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."
