I did have to call the office back same day when I noticed that multiple window screens were not secured properly. The team came back on the same day, within only few hours of them leaving. So excellent experience overall for windows cleaning. As far as the house washing, we were satisfied but disappointed that the service didn't take care of all the mud wasps nests on our stucco. Not sure we would use that particular service again."
