It was very heavy and had to brought into my home through a difficult and small entranceway. He also removed and disposed of my old couch and a huge box. He was a pro! She came over to give me an estimate, and after I scheduled a day, she sent me a confirmation the night before. She was punctual and I am very happy with the end result. She walked with me and let me inspect their work at the end. I will definitely recommend her and her team as they work very well, are reasonably priced, and very pleasant to work with. Will be hiring them again for more clean-up."

"The cleaners were supposed to arrive at 1pm and be done by 3pm. At 1pm, they had not arrived. I called their customer service line and the gentlemen told me they were stuck in traffic and that they would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes passed and they still had not arrived. I called again, and again, was told they were 15 minutes away. I waited another 30 minutes and they still had not arrived. Finally, just before 3pm, two very nice young ladies arrived and apologized profusely for being late. Since I was already late for work, I asked them to call me when they were close to finishing up so I could come and lock up. This was an empty condo, only 900 square feet ,that needed a cleaning. They performed the job decently and afterwards I received a 50 refund from them for being almost 2 hours late, so all in all, it was an OK experience but their timeliness and professionalism is lacking. Had I not called and asked where they were, I would never know they were running late.
