"Len was responsive and called me back timely when I left a message initially. He showed up on time when he said he would and was able to remove the skunk from under our shed immediately which required pulling up some of the plywood flooring. He also used a solution to help mitigate the odor and made suggestions on how to prevent future occurrences and offered to complete these for an additional cost. Responsiveness, timeliness, professionalism and great communication is what we received and this is why we will use Backyard Wildlife Solutions again should the need arise. We will also refer others to them."
