"I had a new roof, which I paid for, not my insurance company, as well as all new gutters, downspouts, and rain guards installed. They did such a wonderful job and were on time, and showed up ready to go with everything they needed to complete both jobs. The roof was done on one day, and they returned with a different crew for the gutters. When they came for the roof replacement, I had just had new landscaping done in the front and around the sides of my house. The guys covered all young plants and were careful not to damage any of them while tearing the roof off and also during clean-up. There was one tiny issue after the roof was installed, but they came right out and addressed the concern and all is perfectly fine now. I highly recommend this company if you are thinking of getting a new roof or gutters/downspouts in the future."

"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. "Wind got ahold of siding at top of house under the roof. It couldn’t be nail back down , it needed to be replaced and I had another piece of siding that needed to be replaced, but the siding was to old to match but David the owner did a great job in finding the closest match.
