"Let me start by saying that I received 4 estimates for my roof repair and installation, and Euro Construction Group was not the cheapest. But price shouldn't be the only factor when considering what company to go with on an important project like a roof replacement. When Matt Siwik came to my home, he spent over an hour inspecting every square foot of my roof as well as a problem chimney flashing area. Two of the other three companies that showed up never even went up on the roof, and the 3rd ignored the chimney issue altogether. Matt explained just how he planned to deal with the chimney and roof installation and gave me options on what the best methods would be. Matt showed up a day before installation and supervised the delivery of supplies and also began some preliminary work on that problem chimney. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."
