"I had our chimney cleaned and I was told by the chimney sweep that the step flashing needed repair.  I called Wagner and they sent Mark out to give me an estimate.  Mark inspected the step flashing and when I asked how bad it was he said all it needed was some caulking and I already did it.  I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing and added that the roof was in good shape.  I was expecting to have to have the step flashing replaced and getting a bill for several hundred dollars.  How about that, an honest company.  Most companies don't do business like that.  If I need a roof repair in the future, I'll call Wagner. <br />"

So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."
