It is a known fact that electricians,plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. As stated previously, I hired them to replace my air conditioner and they did a masterful job."

"James and Jaime arrived at my residence with a professional and friendly demeanor. Their first impressions was consistent from start to finish. Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. I would use Aaron and Hager Plumbing (new business name soon to be "Eager Plumbing") for future plumbing needs."

"Giving Team Enoch 6 out of 5 stars here. Best experience I’ve ever had with an A/C service company. You’re not gonna get better pricing for service. Spoke to Miles over the phone yesterday. Told him a company from American Home Shield came out earlier at noon and diagnosed us with a failed compressor. Miles laid out multiple options with very competitive prices along with 0% interest. Took the time to really explain everything and educate me even though I could tell his phone was ringing off the hook. He even suggested calling a few more places to price compare because he knew his rates were more than fair. He then sent multiple competitive estimates to my email. When I explained my situation further to Miles about how a company from AHS left my house in a worse situation than it was before they came out, Miles offered to send someone out ASAP to look at what happened. The Team Enoch technician, Lupe, was on time, very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I watched him open my condenser as we both saw that the AHS company that came out earlier actually disconnected multiple parts including my compressor. Once Lupe hooked it back up my compressor worked fine, but was low in Freon. Lupe filled it up for me, cleared out the drip line from the attic, and double checked my supply and return vents. Everything was in perfect working order again. Lupe even gave me several pro tips to limit how often I might need service repairs. "Water heater went out on a Tuesday morning. Tex arrived Tuesday night, upon inspection indicated it needed to be replaced. Advised if we paid $500 up front he would deal with the warranty company and get faster response. Thursday night was advised he had the parts but did not confirm what time he would come on Friday. Left the customer waiting for a response. At 3pm on Friday was told he would be there by 6pm. He arrived at 7:30, had a broken part that he could not find a replacement at Lowe's. Advised he would be back Saturday morning at 8am. We were doubtful and pushed for a realistic time. He said 8am. He arrived around 5pm. No issue with the quality of work. Serious issue with time management. We used his services before to replace our garbage disposal and that was completed without an issue."
