"We talked to a couple of contractors and decided to select Charlie with Rock Creek Roofing and Construction.  What initially drew us is simply the fact that he could do all the repairs, which included the roof, replacing guttering and interior sheetrock work.  However, after the first day he was at the house overseeing the crew tear off and replace the roof, I knew I made a good choice.  He is a very nice, honest, hardworking kind of guy. 
His workers were very polite and efficient.  Since the repairs, there have been no issues what so ever.  I know that if I have any work that needs to be done around the house I will be giving Charlie a call.  Not only because the work was excellant, but also because I know that I will be hiring someone who takes pride in their work, not a fly by night contractor looking to score a buck or town and never hear from again.

"I was having difficulty finding someone to clean out my gutters and downspouts. I did some research and found Innovative Roofing online. Their website featured numerous reviews from people who were highly satisfied, and the reviews sounded sincere. I contacted them, and Ramiro came out quickly. He climbed onto the roof, inspected it, took several photos and showed me how my existing leaf guards were beat up and doing more harm than good. He also showed areas that needed caulking and other maintenance. He explained that they could do a maintenance program, whereby they would come out in the spring and again in the fall to check for any issues and also clean out the gutters. He and his crew chief, Anderson, discovered that all the bathroom vents and the downdraft vent of my fancy stovetop were dumping moist air directly into the attic, instead of venting out through the roof. This was having a negative effect on the attic insulation, as well as allowing cold air into the kitchen during the winter. Anderson and his crew installed four flopper vents in the roof and now everything vents outside, instead of into the attic. They removed the old leaf guard, and so far, the existing gutter and downs are handling the rain just fine without it. Ramiro also recommended an excellent company to blow in a foot of additional insulation into my attic, as well as over the garage, which incredibly had none in the ceiling or the walls. This is a large, high-dollar house in a tony subdivision, and the builder, well-known, cut numerous corners, in addition to those I have mentioned. Fortunately, some of the wrongs have now been righted by the good folks at Innovative. They were always on time, cleaned up any mess, gave me a decent price, and were unfailingly pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them."

"WOW, just WOW!!! I called Bornder to get a bid on a new roof. I lived in Raytown many years ago and knew what a fabulous reputation they always had. "I have worked with Brian Frericks from Siding Repair Systems on two different occasions to repair damaged siding. That way you don't have to do everything at once and it makes it easier to work repairs into your budget. "Joe Zuber, owner, responded promptly to my request for a bid. I received three bids and his was the best. His crew showed up on the date agreed, introduced themselves and worked constantly until the job was complete. They had the old siding removed and cleaned up in less than one day. The crew was extremely polite and considerate; I was happy to have them around. The finished job makes my house look very tidy and well-cared for. The new flashing and treatment of all the rot that was beginning to appear give me peace of mind that my house is in top condition for years to come. "Needed to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. "We called Stoneworth to get a reference. Stoneworth manufactures roofing tile so I thought they would be the best people to get a referral. Not only did he give us Tony of All American Roofing as a referral but Andy, the owner of Stoneworth, used Tony himself to do his roof.



When Tony came to give us an estimate he pointed out that, because the roof was so old and in such bad condition, the roof had multiple holes and damage.



He offered us a great price for the job and even took care of all the damages for us free of charge. He took the time to cover all the holes and secured them so they would last the winter until he could start work. It saved our house from possible extensive damage.



Tony and his crew a fantastic job but he also went above and beyond by helping us pick a great paint color for the house to match the new tile roof and still stops by as we are completing our total remodel to see if we need anything.
