This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). "The process was seem less.  After visiting their manufacturing site,  I chose the style fencing that I was interested in. Steve came out to my house and took measurements at which point we made some changes in the style. He accommodated us without  any trouble. After the fence was complete, he and his crew came out to fit it before the powder coating process commenced. They installed it yesterday, 3/30/16, and it look s great !!"
