"Our garage door got hung up and then "jumped off" it tracks. It was hanging half off the tracks and I was terrified it was going to fall or be damaged beyond repair... It was a huge mess! I called at 7:40 PM on a Friday night (of course it would happen on a Friday night!) and they gave me an appointment for the next morning at 10 AM. The technician, Joshua, was prompt and courteous and he did excellent work. He replaced the tension cables on each side of the door, put the door back on its tracks and lubricated all the moving parts. It now operates like a brand-new door -- super quiet and smooth. I am extremely impressed and SO glad I called this company!"

"We contacted several companies to replace the fence at our residence. Most did not answer the phone, return calls or were not willing to take on smaller projects. Forsythe Fence took our call and were quick to schedule a visit. Al was great to deal with, took all the measurements and wrote a quote while onsite. They had a backlog of work, but we were advised of this. We opted for full replacement of our ~130’ fence. The price included demo of the wood fence and also an old chain link fence. The new fence is 6’ cedar with cap & trim. They replaced all the supports and installed a new gate. The two person crew were nice guys and worked hard. They ran into a few obstacles but never complained and there were no added costs. We have a neighbor who has dogs, so they finished that side of the fence first. The fence is straight as an arrow with no flaws and they left the work site clean. After calling around, it was clear that these fence contractors are very busy (probably more so now after the hurricane). So, I appreciate their willingness to take on the project and great communication throughout. I expect this fence to last a long time! But if in need, I would use them again without question. They have our highest recommendation."

"Our electronic gate had given us headache for years until we called NASS.  The gate would open and then not close, which is a big deal if you're leaving town.  Previous companies tried replacing everything and it would last about a month and then start in again.  NASS was persistent and finally located the problem and installed a new receiver the first time, and then other times it was something else, say a battery.  With New Orleans weather unexpected repairs do come up.  <br /> They are very methodical in their work, they lube the chain and straighten the fence and make sure the gate stops right where you want it.   They even make sure everything is just right by not charging you for a return visit should something else related go wrong. <br /> These guys are the best in town. <br />"
