We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. "I told Mike, the day they finished renovating my home, that I would give him a FIVE STAR review for the outstanding work his company did on my home. This experience with RH & MS was an extremely positive experience. I hired them to renovate my home after Barry flooded the total ground floor of my 1200 sq. foot home. Several HomeAdvisor contractors gave me quotes on the job. RH & MS was not the lowest, but, the attention to detail in the initial walk thru separated them from the other contractors. They quickly worked to totally gut the house and re-mediate the floors, wall and insulation to prevent the growth of mold. They did an excellent job of replacing sheet rock, insulation, and painting. I was impressed by how the punctual and friendly crew cleaned up after every work day. Mike said it would take about three months and they finished one week shy of three months. I would highly recommend RH & MS General contractors with out reservation."

Too many times from other places I've had to wait 15-25 minutes past appointment time without any rhyme or reason for tardiness. Within 15 minutes we had a working toilet again!
