"John and his team were excellent throughout both projects. We needed a new roof since it was over 20+ years old and the exterior house paint was over 12 years old and needed a lot of carpentry work. We also wanted a fan installed in our attic. Our chimney also needed trim work done. Our expectations were exceeded. John unlike other contractors at first meeting went up to our roof and inspected what was going on. We found out that we had 3 layers of shingles on our house as well as no flashing. The roof looks fantastic and fan installation went great. The painting of our house was meticulously finished. And to compare to our last painter who took only 1 day to paint an entire house, John’s team took over 3 whole days to complete priming, painting, caulking and carpentry work. I will hire him again and highly recommend."

"They came the next day to check out the problem, then came back 2 days later and fixed it. They were very prompt and professional. The other place we used to install the chimney caps used cables that rusted out and broke. MetroWest replaced the cable with stainless steel cables, which shouldn't ever rust."

"From the first point of contact, when Brad drove over 30 miles to my house to give me a free estimate, to when Brad put the finishing touches on installing the wood stove, I honestly could not have been happier. He gave an accurate estimate, was more than happy to work within our budget, and did beautiful work on our chimney. When the wood stove company did a shoddy job installing a custom surround around the stove, Brad drove all the way back and fixed it himself - and refused payment! Why? Because he wanted our complete satisfaction. And this was when his wife just had a baby! At the outset, he emphasized how he wanted the job done right - and done right the first time. "Installation went fine until I noticed several weeks later that it was harder to keep house warm and there was significant draft by the woodstove insert. I went outside and looked at the chimney cap installed by Kevin Fredrickson and noticed it was off center of the chimney and the base of the cap was only covering 2/3rds of the opening and no insulation was placed around the liner so heat was funneling right up the chimney and outside.  I contacted Kevin and he responded within a few days and agreed to take a look.  When he arrived he didn't have the tools or ability to fix the cap due to snow so he stuffed insulation around the chimney liner from inside the house to keep the drafts down and stated he would be back in spring to fix the cap.  As of June 1, 2015 he hadn't contacted me or arrived to fix the cap so I tried to contact Kevin Fredrickson but got no response.  As of 10/9/2015  (the date of this review) Kevin had not contacted me or made any attempts to properly attach the chimney cap installed by Integrity Chimney Services LLC. <br /> <br /> On Friday October 16, 2015 Kevin stopped by and properly attached chimney cap to chimney and corrected the issue."

"EXCELLENT! We've been without heat for 5 days. John diagnosed the problem with the chimney flue (a former contractor who re-pointed the bricks dropped concrete into the flue, essentially cutting off all air) and made all the repairs. He, Miguel and Paul were very professional, competent and courteous. Brittani was excellent in setting it all up! Would definitely recommend!"

"I got quotes from three companies. Derek's was the middle quote but he was the only one that actually took the time to explain everything to me and he figured out how we could get an even larger insert in the fireplace where one other company told me they couldn't make it any larger and the third company said he could only replace it with what was already there. Derek showed up on time and the fireplace works great. He also added the brick backer kit and a blower with a remote. I did have an issue with the fireplace after installation where it kept making a loud pinging noise. Derek came back and swapped the entire unit out and re-did the tile surround with any complaints. His team also made sure to clean up after each day. Overall it looks great and I'm going to have Derek add another fireplace shortly."

"Unfortunately we did not go with this provider simply due to cost. They were almost 3x more expensive then our other bids. I verified that the other companies were using the same grade of materials as well. A&A was thorough and professional but I couldn't justify an extra $3500 for the same gutters as I could get elsewhere at this time. <br /> The guy I spoke with was very professional, the only reason I marked them down is that when I asked why the price was so much drastically higher he said the other main company I was reviewing would cheat me on materials. It seems pretty unprofessional to say something like that of a competitor, especially when I haven't read reviews anywhere on this company that mentioned cheating. <br /> Regardless of the above I will keep A&A on my short list for any future work in their field. <br />"

"Bob was terrific! He was prompt about coming to do the chimney inspection and cleaning. He inspected and vacuumed 10 gallons of soot & debris! He suggested a stainless steel liner because my house is close to 100 years old. I had had two other chimney people here in the past and they would not do the cleaning, so I was thrilled that Bob at American Chimney completed the inspection and cleaning so thoroughly. He was very personable and gave me a fair price and excellent service. I would call them again in a moment! <br />"

"After dealing with a complete scam artist at a different chimney company I called George at 330 PM regarding a draft issue with my furnace flue. He was currently at another job site and informed me that he would come right out as soon as he was done. He showed up 45 minutes later and had my furnace flue issue resolved within another 20. He then inspected the rest of my fireplace and chimney and made recommendations as to what work needed to be done, but never attempted to pressure me into having him complete the work as the last guy had done. George was honest and hard working. I plan on hiring him again soon for my clogged fireplace damper."
