The roof shingles were finished in one day, and after couple days, the gutters were installed. The crew took great care of cleaning the site grounds thoroughly. The Project Manager came and made sure to review the site without any debris. "It went wonderfully. The diffuser of my quite old solar tube had cracked and a chunk broken off. It obviously needed to be replaced. Kevin responded very quickly and tried hard to find a new diffuser that would fit. He also tried to find a solution cheaper than replacing the whole thing but my tube was so old that no such solution was possible and a whole new unit was required. The actual installation was delayed because of snow on the roof but but, even this, was done considerately. When the installation crew was going to be 15 minutes later than they had anticipated, they called. The installation was done quickly and efficiently even though the stairwell presented some challenges. They cleaned up nicely afterwards <br />"
