"They refinished our deck and within 6 to 8 months it was back the way it was. They came back out again this past summer. It's this summer and the deck again is looking like it did before they came out here. Now, in their defense, they used a product from Sherwin Williams that really didn't do the job. We had a new product put on by Deck Rescue and the Sherwin Williams Company didn't reimburse me or anything and the product that I used from them last year is now not working on the deck again. What I want to make sure that you understand is they used a product from Sherwin Williams. I didn't have any problem with their doing the work, it was the product they selected. Then they continued to use the product, and we continued to have the problem. So I want to make that clear in the terms that what they did was not wrong. What they did was fine, but they continued to use the Sherwin Williams products, and those have turned out to be quite frankly worthless. Price was fine. They were competitive. It didn't work. The first time they were responsive, the second time they weren't because they had to come back out for the deck again and I got re-charged for it. They were a little messy at a couple points."

"Very well. Jim and Anthony showed up on time as promised. They powerwashed the house on the first day. I needed some woodwork repair to some siding on my back porch and the steps down from the back door. Anthony, by a separate contract, purchased the materials and did the work. The painting staining and took the next two days, first painting all the stucco and then the wood siding and trim. Jim consulted with us every step of the way and informed us each day of what they would do or had done. And it looks very good!"

"The sales representative came to our home as promised and showed us a large selection of styles of fences to choose from.  Within a couple of days he provided estimates on three different fences that we were interested in, as well as for a hand rail for our back porch.  Once we made our decision Ace got the required permits and ordered the materials. <br /> As luck would have it there were problems with the placement of utility boxes in the yard and with the homeowners' association.  Ace worked with us to get these problems resolved as soon as possible. <br /> They installed the fence as soon as the materials came.  Again, there were issues with the placement of utility lines (they were really close to where they had to dig) that slowed progress and caused the installation to go into another day.  To our surprise, instead of waiting through the weekend, they returned on Saturday to complete the work. <br /> During the installation we were kept informed ot progress from the time the crew arrived to completion.  The workers we all friendly and polite and made sure they cleaned up after they were done. <br /> We are totally satisfied with our fence and I love it.  I would recommend  Ace to anyone who needed a fence. <br />"
