All the positive comments made about ES Design were true. My first and primary connect was Renee Ferrari. She is an absolute pleasure to work with: attentive, responsive, but neither pushy, nor an “upseller.” Because our home is a high rise condo and water damage from sprinklers, as well as leakage from other units, is a definite concern Renee suggested Luxury Vinyl Plank. The crew, headed up by Jose, was not only on time, but actually early, every day. They worked diligently, but did not rush. They actually finished the job before I had anticipated it would be completed – and very importantly, no project drama!
