"The work crew showed up unexpectedly. After installation, there is spray paint on our siding from overspray during touch-up. Some screws were not cut off, ties not bent so they have rough edges sticking out, some of the fencing goes under instead of over the horizontal bars, one of the gates did not open properly without my husband's adjustment. No follow-up was ever made for satisfaction or correction.

"Jesse did a wonderful job! I provided him with info about three new toilets I purchased. He provided me with a very reasonable offer to remove old toilets and install new ones. Jesse is easy to communicate with and understood our needs. He also made some part recommendations to better complete this job. He is knowledgeable in many areas. We are having him come back in three days to do some work on bathroom sinks, install bathroom fixtures-fan/light units, and install above the range microwave. We will be looking to hire him for some more projects this spring and summer."

"Prizm installed an aluminum fence around my backyard with 2 arched gates. They use high quality materials and did a great job on the installation. My only issue was that no one showed up the first day they were supposed to come do the work and no one called. I had stayed home and was a little annoyed. When I called the owner, he hadn't realized no one showed because his installer had car trouble, but hadn't called him. The installer was able to get out the next day and everything went smoothly from that point on.
The owner was really responsive and I really enjoyed working with him. I had sent my initial inquiry via email very late on a Saturday night and he responded right away Sunday morning. I was impressed and even more once the job was done. They did really great work and I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them.
