"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

We have an older home and it required a number of adjustments to the normal installation. Sal and his staff made the necessary adjustments both during and after the installation in a timely and efficient fashion. Sal was always accessible to answer any questions that I had both during and after the completion of the project. The contractors he recommended to remove our oil tank and line the chimney were also excellent. At 8:00 PM. He drove the 45 minutes to my house looked at my situation and assured me all would be well until a new water heater tank was installed. Ackeno was very professional, polite, and most of all honest when it came to what the cost would be, and what he needed to do. Within 24 hours my new tank was installed. The old one was very corroded and had served me well for the 12 years that I had it. No one wants to have to replace a hot water tank but if you do Ackeno and his team will make it the most worry, free, and pleasant experience possible.
