The 2 technicians arrived within the 3 hour window I was given for their arrival. They identified themselves, and were friendly and well mannered gentlemen. They reviewed the rooms that were to be cleaned, and explained the process. It took them less than an hour to clean, sanitize and scotch-guard all four rooms. In the meantime, they paid particular attention to high traffic areas and the few pet food stains that I pointed out to them.
