"I purchased a brand new dishwasher from Best Buy but I did not know how to install it. I hired E&T Handyman Service to assist with a few items around the house. They responded immediately and come to my home to give me a quote on a few jobs. To my surprise he was willing to install the dishwasher that day.  Dishwasher installation was very quick and he verified it was operational before he left. Approximately a week later the dishwasher became unmounted begin to lean forward anytime the door was open. Due to this was something simple I was able to fix this myself without calling them back out.  <br /> About 2 weeks later they returned to mount the television. The relocating the electrical outlet and cable outlet was a different story. I purchased the Handyman for a day promotion to have my television mounted. Due to I wanted to see minimal cords hanging from the television I asked to have the outlets moved behind the TV. They advised it was something that they could do without a problem. Long story short it took approximately 6 hours for them to move the two outlets. The electrical outlet is very shaky and is not secured so the power to my television goes out anytime I tilt the TV. This is a feature that I wanted to use that why I purchased the tilting mount to allow me to move the television up and down depending on how the sun is shining in the room. My husband was not happy with the service but did not want to make a fuse and decided he would just fix it his self when he had a chance.  <br /> About a week after the television mounting fiasco the dishwasher stopped working. Keep in mind this was a bran new dishwasher that he had to take out the box to install. My husband decided not to call them back out because he was not happy with the quality of service he received. We currently do not know what the issue is with the dishwasher has we have not called another service repair person as of yet.  <br /> Overall they are very professional and have a great go getter attitude. I am not sure if the work we needed was not something they could do and was out of their realm but the quality was less than perfect. <br /> <br /> Update: We finally had a chance to have the dishwasher looked over. The dishwasher was hardwired in and the connection came apart. Once the wires were reconnected the dishwasher worked fine."
