"My husband had to work late and we were almost one hour late for appointment. She waited for us to get home and let her in the house for treatment. Very courteous and polite, she didn't seem to be bothered at all that we were so late. Answered all the questions we asked and even worked out in the rain to treat the screened porch area that was locked when she first got here. We are going to set up up service for lawn in a few weeks. Very happy !! We got a great price for an Annual service.

"When I sent the email through Angie's List, I was contacted right away. An appointment was set up and he came out to the property, worked his magic in the electrical sockets and light switches, in addition to the couple entrances where the ants were trying to get in. That very day we no longer had the ants coming in. He then set the outside baits and sprinkled the grass. It's been a week and a half and walking through the property yesterday, I have not seen one ant. I even checked one of the nests by the house. He told me a couple more treatments, but I guess these ants were really turned off by this product. Thank you XACT."
