David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement.
