The job was done with the highest degree of professionalism and the cost was reasonable. I was so pleased that I scheduled a second appointment on 11/23/2015 for power4 rodding and to install bathroom faucet.

The men were pleasant and very professional - in addition they took off their shoes at the door and cleaned up when done. Unfortunately on the job for the bathroom faucet the old pipe to sewer was corroded and they had to go out and get additional parts which they did and the price to correct my issue was reasonable.

This is the best plumbing service I have used in the last 20 years so going forward if I have plumbing work done it will ONLY be done by AAA Walsh and sons.

"I was not there when they performed work which was one issue. A tenant let them in my building for the work. I can assume they even did the work but when I went to give them my Angies List coupon the said it was for a different address and tried to upcharge me. HOWEVER in the end the owner or powers that be did accept the discounted payment and all is good. I only wish there was better communication and notice prior to starting the work. Overall a good group.

"Bill is a very hard working man, he was straight to the point and he was really fast and professional with his work. The first time i hired him was about a month or two ago when the basement was flooding. Bill came in a very short notice which we really appreciated because it was an emergency. The second time was Today 05/03/2019. I needed to redo my whole plumbing system with PVC and Bill was the guy to call. He is really knowledgeable with what he's doing. It was like watching a grown up play with Legos. All the cuts matched exactly how he wanted it to. We definitely recommend Bill with any of your Plumbing needs. Our next project that we will hire Bill is with digging up my basement and finally cutting out all the remaining cast iron pipes that was putted in when the house was built. "Water heater is 7 years old (nearing end of life).  Pilot light went out on Wednesday evening and we couldn't get it lit.  We called them and they would have come out late that night, but we said no, come out on Thursday.  They called Thursday morning at 9am and said they would be leaving their garage in 10 minutes, so they made it to our place by 9:30am.  Two guys came and put on booties before entering.  (I wish Comcast repairmen would do that!)  They got the pilot lit immediately, but after finding out how old the heater was plus our problems the previous night lighting it, they said the pilot might go out again very soon.  We also had that feeling.  So they wrote up 4 possibilities with their prices for us (as we had discussed going to a tankless system).  One of the options was replacing the thermocoupler for $427.  One was installing a new pilot assembly for $499.  One was installing a tankless water heater for $6000, and the last one was to install a 40 gal. water heater for $1,620.  We chose the pilot assembly, and after using the 10% off coupon that J. Blanton has on their Angie's site, the cost to us was $448.96.  We don't know if this is a good price or not, which is the reason we didn't grade the price.  The work was performed quickly and professionally.

"I reached out to F3 Plumbing today and they were out to replace my 50 gal Natural Gas Hot water heater within 2 hours. I originally requested a 40 gal but noticed it was a 50 gal and they didn't hesitate to go back to the shop and grab a 50 gal. They had to replace the piping for the water to the heater as it was not the same size and had no qualms or issues doing so. They completed the entire job in under an hour and a half and left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
