"I had a major plumbing issue, Alfaro Plumbing saved my house. They were very professional and reliable. The plumber did not leave until the job was done. He made sure that I understood what was happening throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend this company."

"Plumbing was backed up with wipes. I call them and they were very responsive and prompt to arrive to perform the repair. Flushing down wipes even if they say they're flushable it's a big no no in our book from now on. Thanks for the service!"

"This was probably the best service experience I've had in recent memory. Reason: The tech, Jason, did an awesome job. I stayed close to Jason as he did the job, not for lack of trust, I just wanted to see what I could learn. He explained in detail what he was doing -- and why -- every step of the way. He essentially gave me a mini education on AC drain line clogs. Doesn't seem exciting, I know, but as I home owner I really appreciated it. "OK, you see this? This is a problem because of XY and Z, and the way we are gonna solve it now is to do 123 - and you can prevent it from happening again by doing ABC." Terrific tech -- highly experienced, honest, friendly -- very cool guy. Represented Coastal Comfort in the best light. By the way - the ladies I spoke to in their dispatch office were also terrific - polite, professional, and crystal clear in how they communicated. <br /> So what did Jason do that was so great? Unclog my A/C's drain line. Sounds like a simple job, but trust me there's a good amount of analysis and many steps in the repair. First, my air handler is in the attic. The air handler has a drip pan. Under the air handler itself there is a second very large drip pan with a float switch. The second pan was full of water (like 10 or more gallons!) and the float switch stopped the A/C to protect the ceiling from water overflowing the pan. I tried last night to unclog it but it was impossible - I could not access the drain line w/o cutting pipes and I did not feel comfortable doing that in the attic with so much water. Jason first tried suction from the outside, but that did not work - the clog was very stubborn. He had to get a bottle of pressurized nitrogen, cut the drain line near the drip pan in the attic, and carefully let the pressure from the nitrogen build until it finally unclogged the line. Then he had to drain the 10+ gallons of water in the large drip pan. He also noticed that the drain line in the exterior of my home did not have a P-Trap. The P-trap is a u-shape in the last bit of the drain pipe that is meant to keep water in that "u" and keep air from being suctioned upwards/inwards. Jason took a couple of elbows and made a P-trap in 2 minutes. It's hard to explain - but it's the little details at each step that impressed me. I'm definitely calling Coastal Comfort on my next A/C service call, and I highly recommend them. <br />"

"I hired Hawaiian Tropic Pools, Inc. (HTP) and Doug was terrific. My pool looks like a new install. Doug worked his magic replacing the piping and valves at the pump/filter first so we could get the water back to blue and clean before working on the pool. (No sense refinishing a pool if you can't keep the water in good shape.) Then he drained the pool and began removing tile and finish. They located several leaks from tree roots and fixed those so that the roots could not continue to drill into and drain the pool. Next was the tile work. What an improvement!! Doug also replaced the eroded two piece sill between the spa and the pool (waterfall). Then the new finish was applied and the pool was filled. Doug used a "tank filter" to remove minerals and impurities from the water while refiling the pool. Excellent. There are some scale depositing minerals in our utility supplied water. Because of our busy schedules, we also had HTP come every couple days to brush down the pool surface while it continued to cure. We also had new underwater lights installed (pool and spa). We opted for programmable LED lights so we get an attractive light show at night. From start to finish, Doug was/is very professional. He will not install substandard equipment. The valves, lights, tile, pipes all are top quality. Our pool is 22 years old and now looks 20 days old. I am VERY VERY please with the outcome."

"A to Z did a great job - made sure plastic was up everywhere to keep dust as contained as possible and were as surgical as you could get with demolition of a concrete floor. Save us on tile replacement and cabinet repair/replacement. Worked with us every step of the way."

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Erick of TD Services (a.k.a. TD Plumbing) is professional, polite, and well-skilled. I called upon his services at my condo in the Coral Way/Miracle Mile area of Miami to replace a kitchen sink, which also involved reinstalling the garbage disposal, p-trap drain pipe, etc. His quote was accurate, he promptly scheduled an appointment for me, and arrived as scheduled. He worked efficiently, skillfully, and honorably. Overall, I was very pleased with the result, and happily recommend Erick/TD Services of So. FL!"
