"Glen, the owner, came right out to give us an estimate and Diane kept us informed about the install date. Glen is very knowledgeable about the array of products that a customer might choose and was able to offer good advice. We were thinking about doing more extensive work, but Glen explained that it might be just too expensive to justify what we were looking to get from the work, which we greatly appreciated. Two of their employees came out to do the work, and got all of the work done well and efficiently. We are very happy with the job they did. They did just what we wanted, and it looks great! We will call Sunshine Screen & Patio in the future when our patio needs work!"

"Calling Karoly Windows & Doors, I kept regular communication with Danalyn and Cindy. Talking with them was not only necessary, but pleasant. They were always helpful and timely in addressing any question or concerns that I might have had. Karoly came out to the property which consisted of a front house and a separate mother-in-law apartment for a free estimate of PGT windows and front door replacement. He took measurements throughout the property, then tested the buildings for lead-based paint. A few days later he emailed me an estimate and a timeline of the project; I agreed with his proposal. The proposal stated it would take X amount of time for the windows to be fabricated from the manufacturer. The time came for the window to arrive but were not available yet. Karoly offered an explanation that the manufacturer was deluged with big client orders and that they were behind schedule. He suggested that we should wait another week and if the windows were still not available he would get me window from another manufacturer - Simonton for the same quoted price - I quickly agreed to that! I ended up getting the Simonton windows. His crew came out and with no nonsense work ethic installed my windows (including picture window) and door. They cleaned up after themselves and I am very happy about the entire process."

"I first had accordion shutters installed an my condo on July 2011 by Dependable Shutter's and Window's. I then recently decided on April 2020 to install hurricane windows at my condo. Both time's I am happy I used Dependable Shutter's and Windows. On my second job the sales rep Mauricio Garci was very polite and professional. He explained everything to me before I made a decision with no pressure what so ever. And to the lady's in the office Paula and Surita thank you. These lady's are awesome. All paper work and dates where on point. Contact by phone or e-mail they did not miss a step. To top it off The Installer's Chris and Johnny really did what they came out to do. Covered everything, took out the old window's, put in the new one's and cleaned up behind them self's. They were very accommodating with installation as I was living up North and had to schedule a trip to my home in Boynton Beach to get this completed. They installation team was awesome. For our condo work, he surprised management by laying down carpet covers and padding over and above what they asked. Our units and homes he did were spectacular. We love his temperament and friendly approachable personality. We would consider buying another place just to see how he can make it beautiful. Highest recommendation 5 stars."

"We called Upright screening to get an estimate. The response was very prompt, Paul came within a day of our call. After getting 3 estimates, the recommendation from Hilson Roofing (who had recently replaced our flat roof) and all the good reviews from Angies list, we decided on Upright screening. We called on Thursday the 22nd to see if they could do it that Friday or Saturday as we were having guests on Saturday evening. Paul said "not until next week" it was Memorial Day weekend. However, to our surprise, he called on Friday to tell us that he had 2 guys who were willing to work on Saturday. They came early on Saturday and by Saturday afternoon they were finished. Paul came to supervise. We are very appreciative that Paul went the extra mile to get it done when we wanted it. <br />We are very satisfied with their work. Now we can enjoy our patio without being bothered by Mosquitos <br />"

"I do not usually write reviews. However, when there is a company that performs so above and beyond expectations, and does it less expensive than anyone else, and gives customer service that you thought was extinct, then the time comes to crack open the laptop and share that experience with everyone. I am thrilled and excited to share with you our experience with Ross Services. Our pool and patio were in desperate need of renovation, but we dreaded the thought of taking on a construction project in South Florida. Initially we screened about 12 companies on line and narrowed it down to 4 for on-site estimates. We had several issues on top of the new pool resurface and new patio. We had hurricane shutter tracks that needed to be adjusted and steel shutters cut. We had a very large heavy planter that needed to be moved, and we had a tricky drainage issue, as we have a flush walk out onto patio from our living room. Greg from Ross Services was the ONLY one who was able to address and solve all our issues. In fact, after adding all the extra services Ross actually came in with a lower price. Competitors did not come close to all the "extras" Ross provided and which were all included in the quote. Gre g takes his time reviewing all design options, has lots of pictures and even brings tile samples which saves you from having to visit tile showrooms. As a nice bonus they even provide pool service for your pool for 2 months, and Michael with Puya Pools is conscientious and super knowledgeable. Workers were always on time, fast (patio and pool were completed in one week) and professional. Greg kept us posted on what to expect as the project progressed and was always available by phone or text for questions. Thankfully we chose the right company. Thanks to everyone at Ross Services for making this project stress free. We love our new pool and patio!"
