"The 1st time they were to clean we were called & was told the van was in accident & would not be able to make it.
I was not sure if this was an excuse or the real deal. WE always move ALL the furniture out before they come so this was not well received.
We rescheduled ( we confirmed the day before) and Chris came at the agreed upon time.
Our Family room is large @ 25' x14 ' with a couple of very tough stains.
The carpet is @ 18 years old but has held up very well. He cleaned it like no one in the past.
He continued to work on the stains until they were virtually not noticeable.
We have never had anyone who worked so hard at cleaning the carpet.
We will definitely use only him in the future.
FYI-Previously used Stanley Steamer & they were good, just not at the same level Pro Cleaners is at.

"I purchased a deal for carpet cleaning and it really was a deal, because Richard and his grandson Spencer removed almost every single stain from the carpet, which is saying a LOT (a tiny bit of glitter glue remains, but the dog urine, grape juice, and other assorted stains are gone--sorry if that's TMI). Richard's work is superb, and he is super-efficient and professional. He reached out to me repeatedly to schedule the work and called when he was delayed. Since it was raining the night that he arrived, he was extremely careful to wipe his shoes and the equipment so as not to track dirt onto the carpet, which I really appreciated. My family, which normally is pretty oblivious to anything in the house except the refrigerator, was very impressed. Richard was chatty with my kids and my dog all while he made sure the carpet was CLEAN. I would and will hire him again."

Service is always polite & professional and they accomodate special requests promptly. Punctuality and consistency are extremely important to me and they're excellent at this. They took their time doing a good deep cleaning during their first visit and since then service has been quick but efficient at the same time. I do not like the strong chemical smell some cleaning services leave behind.
