"My husband and I could not have imagined this project going any better with any other contractor. Roger and his team were attentive to what our requests and needs were. They cared about us as home owners and made strides to help us through this construction (we have 4 kids, so keeping our laundry up and running was essential to maintaining sanity in the household). Every step of the way, we felt secure that it was being done with quality and correctly. There was never a moment of question of whether or not something was being completed in the right way. As with any major construction project, there were unknowns we encountered along the way, but Roger was prepared and communicated everything clearly and quickly to us. "This was the second project that Genadek was hired for.  The reason Genadek was rehired to do work that no other contractor seemed to want to take on was because the company delivers what it says it will.  The first project was an extensive drain tile system with permeable pavers and a french drain, which has provided a beautiful place to entertain as well as much needed management of a high water table.  And when Genadek encountered issues with the high water table, they researched and came up with a plan - a plan that became the solution we had been searching for going on 6 years.
On both projects, Genadek was upfront about changing conditions of the project and gave us the information necessary to make a decision.  At no point was there a feeling that Genadek was doing anything other than respecting us and the financial constraints of the projects.  It is impossible to expect a bid to always be perfect down to the last penny, however Genadek makes a concerted effort to do just that and when they cannot - you will know why.
